The TRUE XC9 ACF Hockey Stick features world-class engineering, focusing on optimizing Swing Weight, to provide a more balanced stick with uncompromised power.
The XC9 ACF shaft is built using SmartPly Technology, a process by which fiber angles are optimized in up to 25 layers of unidirectional carbon fiber in a single shaft, creating the perfect marriage between weight, balance, and industry-leading impact strength. Axenic Technology combines a compression molded shaft into a true one-piece stick resulting in a seamless build, putting the player’s hands in direct contact with the puck producing unmatched control and feel. The shaft dimensions display a double-concave square corner with a mid-kick point and SmartFlex Technology that optimizes the stick’s stiffness profile for all shot types, producing a finely tuned shaft and highly responsive stick from all shooting angles.
On the bottom of the XC9 ACF, BRT+ Blade Technology offers a stronger, lighter blade with increased heel durability for added strength and consistency. This comes paired with the all-new XCORE Gen 2 Technology, a strategically placed blade insert that creates a sweet-spot 3 times larger than its predecessor, ensuring optimal puck spin and a clean puck trajectory for unmatched shooting accuracy. This repositioned and redesigned insert also provides increased absorption properties, dampening the impact for greater puck control when stickhandling and receiving passes.
