The Bauer Vapor 2X Pro Goalie Skates feature a full Carbon CURV Composite boot with a redefined Vapor Goalie Fit to deliver maximum ankle and heel support, optimizing your movement across the crease.

Inside the Vapor 2X Pro, a Lock-Fit Pro Liner offers a high-performance moisture wicking material that keeps feet dry and skates light. Bauer’s Flex Edge Collar is a flexible synthetic pad around the collar of the boot that allows goalies to get closer to the ice, whether pushing across the crease or dropping into a butterfly position. Lastly, Aero Foam Memory Foam ankle pads deliver premium thermoformability, enhanced comfort and improved fit.

A Dynamic Flex Tongue is a traditional felt tongue with a mesh metatarsal guard that provides additional flex on top of your foot.

On the bottom of the skate, a Vented Composite Outsole gives goalies enhanced energy transfer from the boot to the blade. The 2X Pro still comes attached with Bauer’s patented VERTEXX Edge Holder. This quick-release holder has an integrated trigger system that can be used to change runners in between shifts, making sure you never miss any ice time. Coupled with the VERTEXX Edge Holder is the TUUK LS5G Carbon-Coated Steel. A softer inner-core delivers enhanced edge quality and sharpness, and carbon coating provides premium edge retention and bite properties.

The Bauer Vapor 2X Pro comes standard with a Lundqvist Loop attached to the backside of the skate, allowing goalies to strap their pads along the Achilles instead of through the holder/cowling.
