When will my order ship?

Orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt and should be ready for pickup by the carrier within 48 hours. We will always provide you with the most accurate and up-to-date information regarding product availability. Standard shipping takes from 3-5 business days depending on where you are in the country. Upgraded shipping is available at an additional charge.

Please note: When you are selecting a delivery speed please factor in the 24 hour processing time as well as the fact that we do not offer package pickup or delivery on Saturday or Sunday.

Shipping

We fulfill most orders via UPS Ground Shipping.

Your shipping cost will be listed on the Checkout Page before you submit your order. After reviewing the page, you can submit your order. All shipping charges are non-refundable.

We cannot ship outside of the United States. The use of any type of third party shipping process to circumvent that policy is also prohibited.

Oversize Shipping

Some products are oversized, bulky or heavy and require extra shipping in addition to the regular charges. Example products that receive oversize shipping charges include but are not limited to sticks, bulk puck purchases, goals, nets, and equipment bags. Any oversize shipping charge you may incur is provided to you before checkout.

Next Day / 2-Day Shipping

Selecting Next Day or Two Day does not necessarily mean that your order will arrive in one or two days. The shipping time begins once the carrier has picked up your package from our distribution location. There is no weekend pickup or delivery for Next Day or Two Day shipping. We do not offer Saturday delivery and UPS does not consider Saturday or Sunday to be business days. Any Next Day or Two Day packages that are placed after 1:00pm EST will not be processed until the next business day.

Please note: When you select Next Day or Two Day shipping we may use air or ground shipping - as necessary - to get your items to you within the timeframe you desire. The shipping carrier may vary on these orders depending on the time of pickup.

Promotional Free Shipping

We do offer free shipping, in some cases, as a promotional offer. Unless otherwise stated, all oversized items are excluded from any "Free Shipping" promotions.

Tracking Information

If you receive your tracking number from us and the package is being shipped on the same day, the tracking number may not be activated until the end of the day when the package is picked up and has been received by the local UPS distribution center. If you cannot locate your tracking or delivery information about your package, please contact Customer Service. Please include your shipping address and order number in the email so that we can help you to quickly resolve any issues you might be experiencing.

Shop Promise

A limited guarantee is provided on eligible orders with the Shop Promise badge at no cost to the merchant or customer. If the first delivery attempt was later than the Shop Promise provided date, you may be eligible to receive the equivalent of your shipping fees, or a flat amount of $5 if shipping was free, up to a maximum of $50 in Shop Cash to spend in the Shop app. It does not guarantee that the delivery will arrive by a certain date. Returns

Any online purchase you make can be returned for a refund, store credit, or exchange, as long as it meets the Return Guidelines below:

• Any unused item returned within 60 days of purchase will receive a full refund
• Any unused item returned after 60 days of purchase will receive store credit (up to 90 days)

The following items are not returnable:

• Jocks and Jills
• Base Layer Bottoms
• Mouth Guards
• Baked and/or Sharpened Skates
• Any Used Product

All returns must be unused (new condition) and accompanied by the original receipt/packing slip and the original tags. Any items returned used and/or without the original receipt will be denied any refund.

Create Return

If you purchase a return label using our Returns Portal, the label fee will be deducted from your refund total. This fee is typically $15-$20 and is deducted from the refund amount when the return parcel is processed. If you'd prefer to ship the parcel yourself, there is no label fee.

Returns may also be made at any retail location as long as it meets the above guidelines.

Any shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

Special orders and team orders are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
