How many days do I have to return an item?

You have 30 days from the date of purchase, with receipt, to return any unused items for a full refund. Any items returned without a receipt will be refunded as store credit. Any items returned after the 30-day limit will be refunded as store credit.

Can I return my online purchase to one of your retail stores?

Yes. Please bring a copy of your packing slip or receipt with you.

I have used or worn the product, can I still return it?

Unfortunately, if an item has been used or worn, it cannot be returned.

I have baked and/or sharpened my skates. Can I still return them?

If skates have been baked or sharpened, they are not returnable.

When returning an item, will I be refunded my shipping cost?

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

How will I be refunded?

You will be refunded by the same method you used to pay for the order.

When will I see my refund?

You will normally be refunded within 72 hours of your package being received at our distribution center. Please note that depending on the card company, it may take an additional 2–10 business days for the credit to be applied to your account.

I broke my stick, how do I return it for a warranty exchange?

All composite stick warranties are handled directly by the manufacturer and not by B&R Sports. Please check the stick manufacturer's web site for warranty coverage and procedures.
